Intro to Photography Workshop Atlanta | Creative Edge

The GREAT thing about doing our Introduction to Photography workshop is that no two are ever the SAME……we mix it up with different models and varied venues, so that we stay fresh and the experience is exciting for all who participate!!  Our goal is simple:  we want you to get super comfortable with your camera and be able to leave after your workshop ends, feeling confident and excited about your new-found PHOTOGRAPHY skills!!  We have on location and studio shots in the images that follow….. you can easily see that different lighting and lenses give depth/dimension to your shots.  Please scroll down and enjoy these photos and as always, if you have a question about the lighting/lens/technique, please feel free to message or email me…..mike@moreland photo.comI always say how the eyes make the shot and how you have to light into them but you also have to get catch lights into the eyes.  These two images would not be the same without the great catch lights. When there is no light to reflect and I need to add light into a shot, I do not reach for my flash unless it is last resort.  Instead I always reach for my video light which my sun in my camera bag. Look at the images above and the next row of image also.  They are all shot indoors without any lighting except a video light.
