Intro to Photography – June 26

Ooooh it’s hot! Our last intro to photography workshop for the summer was this past june. We’ll be taking a break to avoid the super hot month of July before we come back for the fall. Our next intro to Photography workshop is August 21, so if you’re interested in signing up, now is a great time!

Meanwhile our last intro class was a hot one! We were all sweating like pigs trying to get the perfect shot. It was a battle to keep the models well hydrated but in the end everyone had a fantastic time. Our students learned how to shoot great image in Manual mode, but also walked away with time saving tips for perfect exposure. Here are a few images from the instructors:

 

At every Intro to Photography Workshop we challenge are students not just to get a good exposure but to be creative and capture great images! To encourage this, we host an in-class contest! Students get two weeks to submit their images for the contest. This week’s runner ups are below!
